PORI CITY HOTEL

Everyone is so kind and helpful ! We will always use this hotel for us and our visitors.

It didn’t have an Air conditioner although one was indicated as apart of our room amenities .

Location was good.. Excellent Staff specially Mr Joseph, who was very kind and thorough professional.... Comfortable bed, clean room. Hot and cold running water.

1. Receptionist Maureen took long in checking in and didn't know which room i was to be given. For early morning flight, having told in particular did not give 4 am wake up call. She was found to be disrespectful and rigid.... A bad name for the property She is. 2. I had booked room with AC, but was told the Hotel has no room with AC. Hence should be taken out from the description... 3. Some of the bathroom gagets need repair/replacement.
