Le personnel super aimable et disponible. Les chambres standards sont également bien.

Le bruit. Jeudi de la musique genre discothèque s'est fait entendre vers 17h et cela ne s'est pas arrêté avant 22h. Puis croyant que c'était fini j'ai voulu enfin m'endormir . 22h20 ça a recommencé pour 30 min. Puis enfin le calme.

The staff are exceptionally courteous and helpful.Beddings are very clean and well maintained.

The washroom are not cleaned with scented detergent and bleach so in the evening they have a pungent smell. Kindly provide a fruit with breakfast.

Clean and organized rooms

The water drains in the bathroom, doesn't pass water so quickly.

In our room the shower could not work. We had only cold water. But after a phone call someone from the Staff could offer us an other shower room in an other room with hot water.

This is where we stayed as soon as we landed in Nairobi. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Rooms are very well maintained and super clean. They provide all toiletries and you get hot water to bathe anytime. They have a restaurant functioning from 6am to 11pm and they serve amazing food. The location is easily accessible to all the tourist locations and cabs are very easy available. Shoutout to all the staff who are super amazing.
