Mastiff Grand La Villae Resort

The hotel is basic but clean. The rooms are a good size. The grounds of the hotel are nice.

The thingd that I did not like about the hotrl was the workmen at 7am in the morning, and the guest sing karaoke at 10pm at night.

The location and the design of the whole property is just so beautiful. The room was cleaning and very well maintained. The stay was much more than we expected.

Good food and courteous staff. The chef took the trouble to come and check with us and if had any special requirements. We did, since we traveled with our pet dog and they were kind enough to prepare meals as per his needs.

The property is 70% ready and would be a great place to visit for a weekend once the rest of the facilities are up and running as well. The approach road needs to be done up as an inexperienced driver may find it scary coming down the valley on the existing road.

The villa was very good,excellent staff,food was awesome,very good maintained,the location in winter enjoyed with bonfire in night.

The road was not so good it should be repaired first as I travel with bike it was very difficult to reach

There is lots of open space and right opposite the property there is an ATV rides place which is awesome

The rooms are not exactly very clean. it’s very average. The AC was not powerful and the Geyser was not working. They are extremely money minded, and looking for small opportunities to charge you for things that may come free at good hotels, like extra bed (child) and late check out (2 hours extra). We ultimately stayed an extra day and they gave us a higher tariff than booking.com stating all meals were included. Later they charged us for a few a’la-carte items saying that was not part of the deal. We were checking out at 6am the next day although check out time is 11am but we had them hounding us from 5am!

Not only the breakfast, the lunch, dinner & high tea were excellent. We complimented the chefs on their culinary skills. Over all the stay was excellent. Wished the approach road was better.
