Nothing, it was awful. It was so bad I had booked for 2 nights I did not stay for the second night.

Old, tatty, dirty, no hot water, you can hear everything from adjacent rooms.

Clean, comfortable and friendly. Room had storage to unpack, tea and coffee making facilities. Bed was really comfortable. Friendly welcome. Walking distance to pubs and restaurants for evening meal.

Good bed, clean everything was great except a guest on floor above. But not their fault.

Guest on floor above having music on a 0200 loudly etc, but hotel was good. Just one guest wasn't.
