"Nice pub stay on my Pennine Way walk"

8.0

Friendly staff

The steak I ordered was well done and gristly (I asked for Medium). They knocked the steak off my bill and I ordered something else. Other than that it was pretty good.

"Pleasant village location for 1 night."

9.0

It’s a very nice country pub in a lovely village location. Helpful staff and good facilities. Good range of beers!

Bedroom we had (Wharfe) was very small and not easy to reach with luggage. OK for 1 night I suppose! Restaurant menu whilst nice food is quite limited.
