Incredible value. Rooms are spacious, modern and have lots of facilities. The food was of excellent quality. We are definitely returning!

We had a great very last minute stay here Sunday to Monday, which booked the same afternoon came in at a very reasonable Genius price of £89 incl breakfast for a double room. Couldn't have found a better place or location for our planned walk round Malham. Everything was perfect...room lovely & cosy (we had Whernside), bed very comfortable - firmer than used to, but fine with lovely duckdown duvet - & all the facilties spot on. Room was well heated (late March) & well sound proofed from main road right outside. Bathroom lovely & clean with a very powerful shower - Niagara falls on full overhead setting! Wonderful! Breakfast between 8.30-10 great, choice of cereal & juices, tea + fresh filter coffee, followed by a plentiful full English. Ian our host/landlord very helpful & said to give him a shout/knock if we needed anything. As Gargrave is the perfect location for exploring the Dales we will definitely be staying again! :)

Lack of instructions for using TV & coffee machine, took a while to work out the settings to get terrestrial TV to work (aerial not internet Freeview), but we made the landlord aware & he is sorting this with being recently refurbished. Otherwise everything was faultless!

Lovely room and larger than expected. It was clean and felt modern while still being cosy. Food was excellent in the evening and the breakfast was great too. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location for exploring the area. Plenty of parking at the side of the pub.

Friendly staff - Ian the Manager was very welcoming and showed us to our room. It was a very comfortable room, comfy bed, good shower in the bathroom, coffee/tea making facilities, quiet despite being above the pub, great location, our tasty breakfast was included in the price.

We didn't arrive til just gone 8pm and unfortunately the kitchen had closed by then. Also, randomly, the TV didn't have the usual channels that you would expect like BBC etc. Seemed all the channels were streamed?
