"Excellent"

Great location, both Cita and Yumbo Centre a 10-15 minute walk away and the small Sandía Centre at the end of the road. Close to beach and the complex itself is quiet. The free bread rolls each morning are a nice touch.

No 'do not disturb' signs - cleaners come in at 9.30am (or earlier) ready or not. Not the property's fault obviously but there is fairly noisy entertainment across the road until 23:00 some nights

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist toll und die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.. Die Größe der Appartements ist sehr gut.

Es ist alles etwas sehr in die Jahre gekommen und müsste wirklich dringend mal renoviert und erneuert werden. Die Steckdosen waren teils defekt und die Möbel sind sehr alt und abgewohnt.

Really good location, good service and hassle free

They had just changed internet providers and the WiFi wasn’t great, which was a real shame.

Great location , 5 min beach and sand dunes plenty of bars , rooms cleaned regularly, very helpful and pleasant staff , plenty of beds by pool a great stay.

It didn't bother us but steps down to the beach area could be a challenge for less able plenty of cheap taxis though.

"Well located basic accommodation."

Great location and friendly staff.

Very basic and dated accommodation and the WiFi is very weak and insufficient for anything more than checking a few emails.
