Beautiful hotel

It had a downstairs bar, really friendly staff and was very clean.

Was given someone elses room. After I went to bed someone came in until they heard my voice. For some reason I was not given my assigned room and given someone elses Bad, Bad, Bad.

It was in a convenient location and it was clean.

Our friends' door to their bathroom was locked when they got there and it took 2 trips to the front desk for someone to come up and open it. Neither room had a bath mat, a waste can in the bathroom, or decent glasses to drink out of. Our room had three decaf pods for the coffee maker (no regular) and our friends' room had one decaf pod. Our body wash in the shower dispenser was empty. Housekeeping needs to start doing a better job!

Location was nice.

When I went to the room I was first given the key to, someone was already there. I requested new towels from the front desk for two consecutive days, but they never arrived either day. At checkout, I was told I had already checked out the previous day. There were two payment records, both suspicious. The deposit payment at check-in was likely someone else's, and the checkout payment was likely someone else's too. The total amount does not match the amount on the reservation confirmation.
