Holiday Inn & Suites Detroit - Troy by IHG

Staff was not helpful at all. Booked through booking.com and received the $25 food voucher and they said they knew nothing about it and also told us the system was down even though people were eating and drinking at the bar in front of us. Booked for the pool, was told it’s broken. Very disappointed and would have booked elsewhere had I known of all the issues.

Not much felt like we were robbed in fact.

It was disappointing because when we arrived we were under the impression that the breakfast was included but then the morning of were told need a voucher for breakfast. We were told that breakfast was from 6:30am - 10:30 am, but we're not told we needed a voucher for the breakfast.

Clean good area

Everything was great

for being fairly new toilets should have been ada compliant also pool was not available for one day for maintenance

Great hotel , we enjoyed staying there . Staff very friendly and helpful.

Clean room, easy parking. Friendly staff. Good hotel for business travel.
