Unfortunately, my experience at check-in was disappointing due to the behavior of the reception staff. We had two separate reservations, one prepaid and one unpaid. After providing my passport, the receptionist incorrectly confused the two bookings, despite the reservations being under different names. This resulted in unnecessary confusion regarding both the payment status and the room type. What was most frustrating was not the mistake itself, as errors can happen, but the lack of professionalism in handling the situation. The receptionist did not acknowledge or apologize for the repeated mistakes and spoke in an impatient manner during our discussion, repeatedly raising his voice and saying, “Wait, let me check.” I would recommend additional staff training in customer service, communication, and reservation management. A simple apology and a more professional attitude would have significantly improved the experience.

Great location, lovely place. This apartment had everything we could hope for. Walking distance (3 minutes) to Rewe supermarket and Asia Moon ( fabulous restaurant) .

I received a phishing email shortly after my booking, which included accurate personal details such as my name, email address, hotel name, and travel dates. This raised serious concerns for me about how my data was handled between the booking platform and the hotel. I reported the issue to both the hotel, but I did not feel the matter was treated with sufficient urgency or seriousness.

Das Zimmer war tip top 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 sauber, organisiert, genauso wie auf dem Bild. Die Mitarbeiter war sehr nett, freundlich und humorvoll. Die Location ist praktisch, schön ☺️☺️☺️ Empfehlen 😊😊

We stayed at the Frankfurt Airport location two different times during our June 2026 family vacation in Germany. The facility is oustandinmg and a great value. Excepional;yy clean and the staff are beyond helpful. The breakfast is good but lacks a variety of food. We will be going back to Germany and we will be returning to this hotel.
