Staycity Aparthotels Frankfurt Airport

Мы уже останавливались в отелях сети Staycity Aparthotels, и данный отель соответсвует заявленному стандарту. Удобно расположен: если у вас ранний вылет, то всего одна остановка на S8/S9. При этом, если есть необходимость, легко и просто добраться до Франкфурта. Номера не маленькие. Хорошие кровати, несколько подушек нормального качества. Чисто. На мини-кухне достаточное количество посуды. Есть и чайник, и кофеварка с достаточным количеством капсул, пакетиков чая и растворимого кофе, сливок. В соседнем здании неплохой итальянский ресторан и супермаркет REWE.

Регистрацию заезда делали в середине дня - пиковое время, было очень много народа, а работник был один. Надо отдать ему должное, работал хорошо, но тем не менее мы простояли в очереди более получаса, и это при условии, что чек-ин сделали онлайн.

My stay at Staycity Frankfurt was extremely comfortable and enjoyable. What made it especially memorable was the warm and professional service provided by Ivan at the front desk and Khalil. They handled a reservation mix-up and a taxi fare payment issue quickly and professionally, which I truly appreciated. Special thanks to Ivan, who was not only exceptionally helpful and professional, but also apparently determined to be remembered as the tall and handsome guy at the front desk. Mission accomplished. Thanks to the outstanding support from both Ivan and Khalil, I was able to complete my business trip smoothly and without any stress. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to other travelers visiting Frankfurt.

Großes, schönes Zimmer, alles neu sauber und ordentlich, sehr gute Lage, 2 Minuten von der S-Bahn und 2 Minuten vom Express Bus zu Terminal 3

It's an apartment-style hotel, which we really liked because it comes with cooking facilities, making it easy to prepare a simple meal or breakfast. There's also a supermarket nearby, which is very convenient for buying groceries and essentials.

One downside is that there is no shuttle bus service. Walking from Terminal 1 to the hotel takes about 20 minutes, which can be inconvenient, especially in bad weather. We were also disappointed to find that the bin in our room had not been emptied when we checked in, which gave a poor first impression.

Nach 14 Tagen ist es immer noch nicht möglich, eine Rechnung zugeschickt zu bekommen. Weder im Spam oder sonstwo, es fehlt von einer E-Mail (und Rechnung) jede Spur... Auch nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen und Versichern dass sich direkt jemand kümmert, passiert nichts...
