Sauberes Hotel, Zimmer gemütlich eingerichtet. Personal am Empfang sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Wir waren eine Nacht wegen einer Veranstaltung in der Arena. Beim Frühstück am Sonntag morgen war kein Platz mehr. Alle Tische belegt und schon viele wartende Gäste. So musste man lange warten. Das Personal war sehr bemüht.

Pokój jak i udogodnienia znajdujące się w hotelu na bardzo duży plus.

Hotel umożliwia wykupienie parkingu będąc na miejscu, jednak nie zapewnia miejsc parkingowych co nie powinno mieć miejsca. Przy dużej ilości gości samochód pomimo zapłacenia za parking trzeba parkować w budynku obok uiszczając kolejną opłatę za ten parking.

Es ist ein sehr modernes Hotel der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns 2 stunden vor Check in zeit unser Zimmer überlassen . Sehr freundliches Personal und tolle Zimmer. Alles sehr sauber ! Die S bahn war nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Aber : Frühstück fast teurer als die Übernachtung! Ja es ist jeden selbst überlassen aber wir waren geschockt ! Und es war wirklich sehr überlaufen mussten lange auf einen Platz warten . Und für knapp 60€ das Frühstück war wirklich nur das "nötigste" angeboten. Also Hotel sehr zu empfehlen aber Frühstücken werden wir wo anders .

Ausstattung des Zimmers, sehr nettes Personal

Wir wurden früh morgens durch 2maliges Klopfen der Reinigungskraft geweckt, obwohl checkout erst um 11 Uhr gewesen sein sollte. Frühstück ist an sich gut und reichhaltig, allerdings die Tische für ein sieben Stock Hotel viel zu wenig, sehr minimal gehalten und zu laut und umtriebig.
