Great place to stay and reasonable amount.

The first thing we saw was a cokcroach on the dirty carpet and we squashed it. The room smelled stale, the carpet was dirty ,the furniture were dirty, the bedding had dirty marks on it ans smelled of something as well as the pillows. The bed sagged on one side and was not confortable leaving my partner with a back ache. The TV didn't work . At least we had hot water and the heater worked. We will never stay there again.

The screen door is broken, ash and broken brick adorns the threshold. No locks on any of the windows. Thick dust adorns the window ledges. Grotty looking cover on the bed without a top sheet. Staff appear to be unavailable so I supplied my own tissues as toilet paper obviously must be limited to quarter of a roll. Soap nor any other supplies exist. I’m guessing many of the other guests are permanent and “interesting” with making the unlockable windows equal a restless night. I would highly recommend that you do not stay here.

Unfortunately the pillowcases were dirty, the towels were old and not enough toilet paper

We found this motel to be easily accessible and the room clean. there were clean sheets, towels and a comfortable bed We were out during the day and didn't need luxury extras.

there was no one in attendance either on arrival or departure the next day. the only contact was a phone number with no answer or message and a mobile number which answered on arrival to tell ethe key was in the door but has not returned my message on departure the next day

Online, it showed a nice swimming which was misleading because the pool was empty and overgrown. The rooms showed very nice rooms but were different once we got there. Or on average, it was okay wouldn’t rush back

Comfortable and convenient to local amenities/attractions

The owner was nice
