Ocean Crest Motel

This place was awful for us. We didn’t expect much for the budget price we paid, $150, but we expected clean bedding, a cold tap you could turn on in the shower, a toilet that flushed properly and a clean room. This place is the worst we’ve stayed in a long time. The cobwebs all over the sign that faced the road should have been a giveaway on the drive in. The shower only had hot water ( how to save in water bills, only so long you can stand in a shower where the water is heating up constantly, dangerous for kids) , the bed cover was full of dust, my daughter’s bunk bed on top had no railing and her sheets had stains on them. The room smelled of something… we suspect that the clean between guests was not thorough, to say the least. Do your health and wallet a favour and find somewhere else.

I believe the management honestly were trying to keep the property clean and respectable and within a price range for locals to seek safe shelter. Not really appropriate for out of towners seeking cheap accommodation. But I congratulate them for their efforts.

The lass in the cafe next door was very helpful in supplying things missing from room

Bed was very comfortable. Clean and tidy. But windows could do with a good clean

Nice tidy place, food from cafe was nice only thing that put me off was on my last night it sounded like they were doing Reno next door with drills and everything and was last at night when it was happening but other than that was good

Close to shops and petrol station

Close to Victor harbor area Good car park in front of our room Bit of a noise during the night thinking water pump outside bathroom window otherwise convienent place for one to two nights

Grat quick overnight stay

PROPERTY IS NOT READY UNTIL 3.40 PM TO CHECK IN. ROOM IS NOT CLEAN. BED HEAD ARE FULL OF DUST.
