"Magic"

I’ve travelled to a lot of places and this was by far one of the most serene experiences I’ve encountered ! Absolutely majestic ! The staff make you feel right at home with a helping hand at any turn ! The facility itself is an absolute treat for relaxation

"Stylist, homy and complete comforts."

Very spacious and clean. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. They serve complimentary snacks frequently and free wines and juices are available anytime. Common space is very relaxing and makes you want to mingle with other guests.

While there is shower in each rooms, common bath is in another building. You have to walk in the snow after taking a bath. All breakfast menu were continental and “no Japanese” which we were looking forward to.

Good location with free parking not far from the hotel.Cozy bed.Free washing machine.Free Wine.Very friendly staffs.There is a hot stone room that is great.The breakfast is great and healthy.

I like the free amenities of the place.

It wasn't sound proof. Whenever we sleep we'd be woken up by the noise of the other people's movement and voices especially the footsteps.

"Overall a really pleasant stay"

The lounge looked really nice and had pleasant music playing. They have free wine all day long and after they serve sake and a snack.

The room fell a few levels below the lounge. The shower was half open and it was really hard up to impossible to use it without flooding the entire bathroom. And there was no mop to wipe it off in the end. The rooms are also not sound proof so we heard every noise in the corridor and the lounge.
