Property is nice with good location and cleanliness.

Very disappointed by the hospitality! I had booked 3 rooms for a mere 4 hours even though we were just 5 adult. We could have easily managed in 2 rooms. I vividly remember seeing breakfast included at the time of booking but when we went for breakfast they turned us down. It may have been a mistake as a result of separate rows with small thin line differences on the screen, but considering the amount spent and 3 rooms booked, they did not give a gesture to allow us to have breakfast. This reflects poor hospitality, lack of guest relation building mindset. We spent hardly 4-5 hours in the hotel and paid for the full day. They should have considered that. Their manager Vishal was least accommodative. I have traveled the world and have come across remarkable hospitable managers that know how to wow and delight the guests. Anyways, we got to enjoy the local street foods of Nathdwara which was amazing and a good outcome in hindsight! But yes, do not go to this hotel if you are looking for true Rajasthan level hospitality!
