The staff was friendly and welcoming. The buffet for dinner and breakfast had variety of foods and the staff at restaurant was amazing. They were quick and efficient. If I will go to this restaurant again, I will take the room with at least half board food option.

Generally at 5 stars, you get a tour of the room. You will be explained while check in on how to use the facilities like how to connect wifi, how to reach staff/restaurant/services via phone- this didn't happen during my check-in. The check in time was at 14:00, one of the room was given an hour later. No sense of apology. The staff at check in counter was so much in rush that they just couldn't handle all the guests. I was told that I will be given the best room as my check in was delayed, but they simply provided the same room that I booked. No help received to put my luggage until I had to request them. When I got the room, it was missing some complimentary things like Shampoo, shaving kit and even towels. They should have been there without being asked to bring them upon my arrival.
