The staff here were so nice and accomodating - the service was top notch! Despite being in a remote area, everything was set up well, clean and comfy. The food was really exceptional, and the bonfire and outside dinner under the stars created a big wow factor! We wish we could have stayed longer (2 nights is recommended but we could only fit in 1 night there due to our schedule). We saw an elephant soon after we arrived from the treetop deck, which just made the whole thing more special. Our kids also really enjoyed the small private pool on our villa deck to cool off. We would love to return!

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! It’s the perfect romantic getaway for couples who want to enjoy nature and spend quality time together. The surroundings are peaceful and beautiful, making it a truly special experience. The staff were incredibly kind, polite, and attentive – they made us feel very welcome. We’re so happy we chose this place and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet and romantic escape.

We paid for the super-luxury location and it did not disappoint.

Nothing springs to mmind

We were a family of 5 and I am so happy we discovered and chose Tribe Yala. It was a privilege to be here and make some wonderful memories. Located right in the middle of nature, when you arrive here there is no where to go and you would not want to it's straight out of a movie. The deluxe tent with plunge pool and roof terrace was amazing and accommodated the 5 of us without tripping over each other just fine. Dinner was lovely, breakfast was outstanding and was served on our tree top terrace which could not have been nicer and the effort was really appreciated, offered and not expected. Served after our super safari organized by Tribe with snack box, respectful driver and ranger. The staff were magnificent. I only wish we could have stayed longer. I would not hesitate to come back. This is where memories are made!

Amazing location and accommodation. The tents are great, loved the pool and staff couldn't be more friendly and accommodating. All communications, i.e. room service, food orders etc done through WhatsApp which works brilliantly. The treehouse for breakfast is beautiful and our safaris were brilliant. We loved it so much we booked an extra night and so glad we did.

Tribe Yala exceeded all our expectations and made our honeymoon truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and a genuine passion for creating an exceptional guest experience. The highlight of our stay was the private candlelit dinner they arranged for our first night—a breathtaking setup with a heart-shaped table under the stars. It was a moment straight out of a dream, and the food was amazing. Every meal we had at Tribe Yala was of outstanding quality, with fresh, flavorful ingredients that showcased the best of Sri Lankan cuisine. Our safari experience was equally remarkable. We opted for a half-day safari and were fortunate to spot a leopard, elephants, crocodiles, deer, many beautiful birds and more. The guide was knowledgeable and passionate, sharing insights about the animals and their habitat. Both the guide and driver were respectful of the wildlife, ensuring a responsible safari experience. We recommend it to anyone looking for a magical and immersive experience in Yala!
