Tribe Yala - Luxury Camping

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt im Tribe Yala Luxury Camping und waren rundum begeistert. Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir unglaublich herzlich empfangen. Das gesamte Team war jederzeit aufmerksam, freundlich und sehr bemüht, uns jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Ein besonderes Highlight war der Geburtstag unserer Tochter. Das Hotel hat mit viel Liebe ein wunderschönes Geburtstagsfrühstück organisiert – mit Kuchen, Luftballons und auf einem Baumhaus, was das Ganze zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis gemacht hat. Wirklich etwas ganz Besonderes. Beim Frühstück konnte man zwischen internationalen Speisen oder traditionellen sri-lankischen Gerichten wählen, was uns sehr gefallen hat. Auch das Abendessen war sehr lecker, hochwertig angerichtet und wir durften an einem Tisch direkt am Lagerfeuer sitzen – eine fantastische Atmosphäre. Die „Zelte“ sind eigentlich luxuriöse Bungalows mit sehr viel Komfort. Bequeme Betten, ein sauberes und schönes Badezimmer, dazu eine tolle Outdoor-Dusche im Dschungelstil mit Kokosnuss-Duschkopf – ein echtes Erlebnis. Besonders schön war auch der private kleine Pool, perfekt um den Abend entspannt ausklingen zu lassen. Nachts ist die gesamte Anlage stimmungsvoll beleuchtet und wirkt sehr exklusiv und romantisch.

Aufgrund der sehr hohen Kosten haben wir unsere Safari bei einem einheimischen Anbieter gebucht (400 USD All Day All Inclusive für 5 Personen)

Lacked the personal touch that we have experienced everywhere else in SL. Dinner was located in an unusual place

Le site donne une impression d'être à l'écart de toute civilisation. Les tentes sont très confortables et très bien équipées.

50% de la carte n'est pas disponible Coupure d'eau d'une heure dans la douche et lavabo et pas d'eau dans les toilettes pendant 1 nuit. Nous n'avons pas pu voir le petit déjeuner en hauteur Mauvaise surprise pour la facture - La taxe sur cet hôtel est très importante (+50€ par nuit). Le montant final par nuit n'est pas justifié

We treated ourselves to two nights of Glamping at Tribe Yala, and it was a great experience. The tent/room was luxurious, and the private pool was an absolute treat. The staff were super friendly, and the food at the restaurant was delicious and generous. Whilst not exactly cheap, the food/drink prices were quite reasonable given we were a captive audience in a remote location. The view from the viewing deck-above the trees- for breakfast and a sunset cocktail was a particular highlight. We loved the two guided walks we did from the resort, where we were able to spot a couple of crocs, elephant tracks, and an abundance of birdlife.

The safari price was quite high compared to other options available.

The entire experience. The staff, location and atmosphere. Great rooms and overall stay.

The spacious luxury tent was perfect for our family of 6 and the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome at all times. The view for breakfast in the treehouse was a fantastic experience that was unexpected.

Nothing! It was excellent. However, it certainly was a 'wild' experience and not for the faint hearted.
