Location, availability of the spa and outdoor pool facilities and direct access to the beach. Very professional restaurant staff.

There was a barking dog in a room which the staff could not resolve. Otherwise, everything was great.

Bajkowy widok, stylowe wnętrze zamku, świetne śniadanie, kameralny klimat. Uroczy personel.

Bywam w wielu hotelach, nigdzie jednak nie wymagano posiadania ubezpieczenia dla psa. 🐶 Nie zdziwiłabym się, gdyby należało pokazać książeczkę szczepień albo wpłacić kaucję za ewentualne zniszczenia. Ale tutaj wysokość opłaty za nocleg czworonoga zależy od posiadania polisy. Bez niej pies płaci 300 zł. W recepcji podano mi stronę www, gdzie można wykupić polisę, ale samego OC się zdobyć nie udało- na kilka dni. Do przemyślenia.

Hôtel avec une belle personalité. Sur la plage, la Baltique et les pins autour. Chambres belles et propres (la nôtre était un peu petite mais charmante). Restaurant très agréable avec vue magnifique

Die Lage des Hotels ist super gelegen. Direkt mit Meerzugang und Pool, in einem geschichtsträchtigem Haus. Parkplatz ebenfalls vorhanden.

Der Service ist eine Katastrophe. Wir mussten unser Gepäck unters Dach selber schleppen, da es keinen Fahrstuhl gab und und auch keine Hilfe beim Gepäcktransport angeboten wurde. Man wollte uns nicht verstehen, obwohl in deutscher Schrift Anweisungen standen. Wir haben uns mit Englisch bemüht. Die Zimmer sind ohne Klimaanlage. Das Reinigungspersonal hat nur die Handtücher ausgetauscht und die Bettdecken zurecht gerückt. Die Außenanlage vor dem Hotel ist ungepflegt, als Behinderter hat man keinen Zugang zum Pool. Trotz des hohen Zimmerpreises von 500,00 Euro die Nacht war es uns in den 3 Tagen nicht möglich als Hotelgast abends im Restaurant zu speisen. Man hatte uns Hilfe angeboten um in einem anderen Restaurant zu reservieren, leider ohne Rückmeldung seitens des Servicepersonals. Im großen und Ganzen ein enttäuschender Aufenthalt und nicht zu empfehlen.

Excellent location, a room with a sea view — just perfect! The restaurant is great, both on the terrace and inside it feels very cozy. Delicious breakfasts. I especially enjoyed the opportunity to brew fresh tea myself — a real treat for all tea lovers! Pets are welcome, there’s a jacuzzi and a private pool, as well as a separate fenced and guarded part of the beach with sun loungers and direct access to the sea. The atmosphere is enhanced by the feeling that the castle is over 100 years old. From now on, if I come to Łeba, it will only be to Zamek :)

The restaurant, bar, and lobby are not open 24/7 or even until 1:00 a.m. You can’t sit downstairs on the sofas, as this hall gets closed. For me, this was a bit strange, because on vacation you try to enjoy every moment, and after spending the evening strolling around the town, by 11:00 p.m. the hotel bar was already closed, and we weren’t allowed to sit quietly and talk in the beautiful armchairs either. I would also suggest replacing the balcony furniture — the simple plastic chairs — with something more stylish to match the status of the Castle. These are areas for improvement, but overall the impressions are very positive!
