Manager had trouble finding my reservation, shower had low pressure and AC would not get cold enough
Ordered a double queen over a week in advance, called two days before arrival to verify the reservation. During the call i told him we would be 930 or possibly later, was told no problem. Arrived around 10 PM, was told our reservation had been canceled since we didn't arrive by 10PM. Had to turn around and find another room that night. Won't book again.
