Located was great

Cleanliness- needs a thorough clean and there were a lot of cockroaches. Not much in the kitchen. All frypans are badly warped. Be prepared to bring everything. No oven and hotplate not working properly. An outdoor bbq would have been good.

Excellent size and location with washing machine and dryer.

Affordable and in a good area

Wasn’t super clean. Last people’s shampoo and conditioner bottles in the shower and sand residue in all the beds

Such a gem of a find! Only thing that lets it down is the kitchen. You could make a very simple meal like breakfast or a sandwich but it is not suitable for cooking a meal. There’s no extractor fan and the stove doesn’t work properly. It’s a very small space so ventilation is important. A wonderful spot if you just want to just dine out though!

The location was good right across from beach access. The unit was well appointed. The communication was good with the owners. Check-in was easy. There is an outdoor area to the left of the front entry door that I assume is with the property.

I didn't realize it was a private rental and not a tourist holiday complex. The adjoining units outside areas were messy and cluttered. That didn't interfere with our access, just a bit off-putting. Some units are tenanted, and the first day, there was someone drilling something close by in the early evening. The next afternoon there was a guerny going for a couple of hours. The beds had sand grit in them, although the sheets seemed clean. I think they are washed on-site and the washing machine or dryer may have sand grit in them. Some of the walls and doors were a bit dirty, and the floor under the beds dusty.

Plenty of space, well appointed kitchen, nicely displayed on arrival, excellent location, good instructions from the property management.

Mould on the fridge, many maintenance issues too long to list indicating a long period of neglect, no wifi, limited hot water.

Management staff were amazing!

Cleanliness, mould in 2nd bedroom windows and blinds, mould in lounge window sills, walls visibly dirty, doors visibly dirty, bathroom sink and shower drainage very poor, walls partially repaired but not repainted, pillows in 2nd bedroom terrible and choice of flat and extremely high and hard. Extremely disappointing for the price.
