Very quiet and a central location lovely clean unit with all amenities easy parking a lovely neighbour

best location with off street parking included. The unit in on a one way street just over the road from a surf club and there is still plenty of street parking if a second vehicle is needed. Walking distance to many places, including parks, the beach, etc. Location was perfect.

Could not get the air conditioner to warm up the room for the first few nights (ie it was winter), but it just started working somehow after persistence, and it was good for there on. Sometimes a bit noisy with the permanent (other) residents leaving (driving) to work in the mornings. A BBQ might have been nice for extra points.

More care should have been taken on crockery/utensils etc cleanliness. Pillows had had there used by date eg stained badly. The small occasional table also had had its used by date.

Location, facilities and standard of unit.

Driveway needs mirrors to see footpath on exit and corners to car spaces.

Proximity to the beach. It couldn’t have been closer.

It was dirty. I rang the company and they sent two cleaners to clean it up. But… whilst they cleaned what I’d asked, the bathroom had dust up on the wall where the dryer was situated, the windows were filthy and the paintwork throughout the apartment was dirty, scuffed and past it’s prime. Both bedrooms had walls with lots of filler, but no one had painted over it! The glasses in the cupboards were dirty. There wasn’t an integrated oven, a small oven was in the cupboard. There is no internet! In this day and age? I suggest reading the details without assumptions- besides a lack of internet there was no pool. The apartment (number 7) was dark and dingy. The lounge/kitchen had no natural sunlight whatsoever. Great for troglodytes but not grandparents with very young grandchildren! Our ‘outside space’ was a completely covered tiled area, again with no natural sunlight. There wasn’t an integrated a table and one broken chair. After requesting four chairs, they were delivered the next morning.

Great communication - directions were perfect. Access was extremely easy.

The balcony is shared, so you do lose a little privacy outside your unit - but once inside, it's perfect.

The property was clean and tidy upon arrival but did not have a broom or vacuum cleaner. The place was vey comfortable and very close to the beach.

Great location

Air con did not work in main bedroom. No air con in living areas. Stove top did not work properly. No egg flip in cutlery drawer.
