"Great little getaway!"

This quiet block of units is well positioned for the holiday maker - perfect distance to the beach and Cotton Tree Village shops. We were well enough away from traffic and the main road, so road noise wasn't an issue. We completely forgot, so the markets were a nice surprise to stumble across.

Don't get me wrong, the unit is great but could use a rangehood for cooking. Unfortunately, there's no ventilation to remove smoke from cooking in the unit. We had to open the entire apartment up just in case we set off the smoke alarms.

"Excellent unit for young family close to beautiful patrolled Maroochydore beach."

Excellent location, almost opposite Maroochydore Surf Club so ideal for family with young children. Beautiful beach and patrolled daily. Cotton Tree shops were only a five minute walk away. Unit was on first floor, stair access, and had a terrace. It was well equipped and had good air flow.

Current TV needs to be replaced with a slightly larger one, and the shelf underneath needs to go as it is a potential safety hazard as dining table & chairs are placed under it. (Current TV does have a drop out pixel line near the top.)
