The property is in an ideal position - close to the beach and Cotton Tree

No WiFi available. Being monitored by the permanent residents in the building. The unit is at the back of the property which limits a view and egress

Not much for the price. There was old water bottles next to the bed, old chips in the lounge. Utensils were dirty. Had good amount of cooking utensils. Fridge was cold

Apartment was very basic for the price. Aircon needed to be full on to keep cool in the bedrooms, so you froze in the the lounge. The windows in the shower....if you opened it there was no privacy from the buildings behind. No WiFi which other places offer, Hot water systen obviously doesn't stand up to the maximum amount of people due to the wall mounted blurb stating Hot water system is small. No pool...and the bins are hidden and nothing to tell you where they are, ocean view No. Parking at the rear if you have a 4wd is tricky.

First of all this apartment is very outdated the bathroom sink literally moves and it was done very poorly. the whole apartment just looks and feels old. A lot of the lights don't work the window blinds are horrible and very hard to manage they are very old and dirty window binds. I don't know who cleans the apartment but they are definitely not doing a good job so much dirt and grime everywhere stains on couches, pillows, and blankets windows are filled with dust the apartment is scattered with dead cockroaches everywhere even found in bathroom drawers. Kitchen dishes were done very poorly and always needed a second clean, and most things around the house were very unsanitary. kitchen has no range hood so if you want to make something the smell will go everywhere and this will result in the smoke detectors going off, the couch had stains all over them and it was very disgusting while we were sitting down we saw cockroaches going through the couch so we decided to move the couch to try and kill the insect and the amount of dirt and pollution we found under the couch was purely disgusting we took some photos to show how horrible it was. Also when we booked the apartment it said we would have a balcony and they advertised it very well but when I purchased and arrived at the apartment I was very disappointed with the apartment they gave us. it didn't look anything like the photos and if I had known it was like this and didn't have a proper balcony at the front and how bad and old the apartment is inside I would've never booked.
