I booked a 2 bedroom 2 bath when I got there they gave me two beds one bath and a jacuzzi in the living area and was told they don’t offer the room I booked when u walk in it smells like strong carpet fresh on the floor breakfast is only waffles biscuits and old gravy from the night before muffins are hard and bad coffee no one is never at the front desk I even walked up on a front desk agent taking some sort of pills I asked about management several times never seen or heard back from one trash can outside is never took out. Bathroom in room had brown stain in the toilet, tub full of hair with someone eles soap still in tub which lets me know this never got cleaned toilet paper was so old when I opened it it was molded towels was old and not even washed before they put them in the room the housekeepers asked me why we need fresh towels everyday didn’t want to give us clean towels let out couch was broken and sunk in smoke detectors was hanging down with no batteries in it bed had no cover on mattress and it was stained sheets had hair on it found a diaper and toys under beds lamp shade was broken half of the lights in the room didn’t work only reason I didn’t check out because collins was booked for the weekend and I was there to bury my father so I didn’t have a choice but stay

Nothing. It was run down and filthy .

Nothing. The room was not cleaned not been vacuumed in some time. The bathroom had scum in all the corners and what looked like pubic hair on the sink. We had to find staff to check in and out. They were to busy taking breaks.

My receptionist tonight was very kind, responsive and helpful. Like my room.

The property was nice. The staff was great but my room had a weird odor that I just could not get used to
