We were ate up with something bumps all over us and dirty sheets it was awful we couldn’t sleep for the bites

The room was nice, I just decided to leave after ten minutes.

Immediately asked for new sheets as the ones on the bed were visibly dirty. Dust covering all surfaces, stained chairs and carpet...just gross. Pool had black water in it. Good water pressure and staff was nice.

The staff were pleasant and the Manager was very helpful when we asked for additional towels, tissues, etc.

Three things: 1. The rate we were charged was nearly $30 per night more than we were quoted when the reservations were made. 2. The “Non-Smoking” Room we were assigned smelled like cigarettes. Room 109. We went to the front desk and were not offered a different room - we were given some spray. We went to the store and purchased 2 room deodorizers. We left them when we checked out so that the next guest would have a better-smelling room. 3. We were told there would be biscuits and gravy for breakfast, but this past Friday morning, there was none. I went to Burger King next door, for breakfast. There was biscuits and gravy on Saturday morning.

Had 3 different rooms before settled. First so, Me one was in. 2nd tv didn’t work.

Sheets were dirty with hair on them, bathroom had soap scum all over the counter with toothpaste on the mirror, hair in the shower toilet was dirty and the seat was broken. Whole facility smells of cigarettes. Clerk who checked me in was kind.

Dated. Toilet rocked and ran constantly. Loud noise from room above.
