Charged for the room even though I prepaid with hotels. They came to the room an hour later with a refund receipt after clearing it up with Hotels. I should have booked with the hotel directly and saved money after seeing what they would have charged. Breakfast was just cereal this day.

There was a water park behind it separate from the hotel

The room smell mildew and the toilet had black water ring

Nasty room. Chg room , better but sheets an pillows look old an dis colored. Carpet dirty in elevators .

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

That it was located close to where our event was.

The room didnt look like it had been cleaned. Cup rings on the nightstand, TV stand was dusty with cup rings, Bathroom had hair on the back of the toilet, baby footprints on the mirror, and things were rusty and falling off the wall. The main part of the hotel was dingy, stains on the carpet, and the breakfast looked like leftovers from the day before.

below average will not stay here again
