"Sad in Collins"

6.0

The place was older and smelled of old smoke even though all rooms had no smoking. There were flies and the toilet needed a good scrub. No ice on second floor and snack machines were inoperable.

Damp room/ damp smelling 1st morning, no continental breakfast provided due to low occupancy

"Substandard I will never stay here again"

Room only had 2 working light bulbs. It was dark. I asked for another light bulb and was told they couldn’t get one. Nothing I’m vending machine. Had to go down stairs if I wanted I’ve.
