We have stayed here twice. No toilet paper in bathroom either time. Upon arrival have to go to desk and ask for toilet paper. Continental breakfast is pathetic. No one to attend to it. No napkins. Not kept clean. Probably need worker. I went at 8:00 and one doughnut. Two muffins. No creamer or stuff for coffee. No napkins. Pathetic.

The hotel was near an event I was attending.

The towels were supposed to be WHITE, but they were actually GREY. They looked unclean. The TV stand had a noticeable thick layer of DUST. The furniture was outdated but practicable.

The staff at this property seem to be trying to do the best they can, but the property is falling apart. Our hot water in our room didn’t work so they moved us to another room. There was a used bar of soap in the shower with pubes on it in the replacement room. There were no towels, and there were used cups and food wrappers in the room. I will never stay in this hotel again. It’s a shame because several years ago it was best Western and in good shape.
