The room was big and the bed comfortable . cute decoration , I asked for more pillows Gaby gave them fast.

No one was there on the lobby when we got there , The front desk said her son fall and took him to the Dr. Juan the housekeeping opened us and gave us the room . He was very attentive at all time .Gaby the front desk is out most of the time .we were on the Pool when a guest (Italian girl )was knocking so I let her in, it was annoying , this is not our job. When we came back from town didn’t expects Gaby, her husband and kids and some others friends using facilities and drinking beer. this is not professional. we want to soak into the pool after being in the beach, this was imposible .

Absolutely everything, welcoming host providing us with all information, beautiful accommodation with stunning bathroom with mussel instead of battery - just amazing! Shower had unexpectedly good pressure. You have an unlimited access to drinking water. The location is a bit far from downtown (easily doable by walking).

As everyone - I can only complain about neverending mosquito attacks even when using the spray (very bothering and good vibe/energy sucking). And obviously so imperfect roads partially covered by water and mud. Nevertheless, this is not a property's fault at ALL - should be taken in consideration!

The room is great, it is spacious and clean and has a nice shower. Also the staff is friendly.

The location is not ideal to explore Holbox, it takes about 15 minutes to get to the beach/ centre (especially when it has been raining).

Before visiting this island, I would advise taking enough pesos. When it was 21, they'll charge you 17 pesos instead. If you don't want to pay 750 pesos when it only costs 200 pesos to go there and back, try to avoid using hotels to reserve transportation to observe bioluminescence.

Great place to stay, it has everything you need. Rebecca is very helpfull and friendly Its definitelly our place in the island.
