"The Objective Is A Good Rest"

The property was much better than expected. Seeing security on the property was very good. Young lady and child screaming and crying 2:30-3am was horrible. When this noise finally subsided, unable to get to sleep since person on other side tv up too loud. This was a total waste of money, unable to accomplish anything planned because of inability to sleep the previous night.

The price resssonable

The man directly above us had passed away died and watched the firefighters literally pull him down the stairs on the floor foun d bed bugs and got kicked out I stead of assisting us in another room they kicked us out blaming us when there were multiple signs of bed bugs and we asked for an inspection upon check in

Roaches crawling freely on countertops and floor by the bed. Ran down and musty smelling AC. Stains all over carpet, flooring and walls.

Absolutely HORRIBLE! YOU MUST CHECK IN NO LATER THAN 7PM OR THEY LEAVE YOU STRANDED IN A NOT SO NICE SECTION OF TOWN WITHOUT ANYONE TO TURN TO. WORST Customer service I've EVER had after a very long travel delayed day to get to this place. Terrible!!!!! The ONLY plus was the security guard who tried his best to help us find numbers for a different hotel. We will absolutely 150% recommend NOT booking with them because even when we called their after hours emergency line we were told " sorry come back tomorrow" and " oh yeah sometimes Booking.com doesn't tell people they have to be here by 7pm to check in or they are marked as a no-show. Even though we were standing in the parking lot. Hooooooriblely shady neighborhood also. :(
