The front desk attendant was very disrespectful with me, she practically kicked me out the room, all because I couldn't pay my week before 11:00 am because I was at work, as soon I got off work I went to the front desk, all she said was....I don't want you here, take your belongings and leave now.. Very disrespectful.

"It had cold AC after mine went out at my home"

It was 100 degrees & they had AC when mine was out at my home.

I didn’t like the mattress. It was terribly too lumpy. I hated having to take trash out with me daily, no towels given daily, and the elevator going out the 2nd day I was there. I left after 7 days & still it broken.

"Superb"

Rooms are a lot cleaner than the other place we left. Ms. Gloria is a really nice lady. The elevator is a good thing, any better is to have another one on the other side.

Not being able to exchange dirty sheets for clean one. You should be able do this at any time.
