Wasnt able to get ahold of anyone to cancel my booking phone just kept ringing then they tried charging my card for the full price

Das Hotel / Apartment liegt außerhalb von Stadtteil Memphis. Somit war es angenehm ruhig. Der Zimmerservice sollte einmal die Woche kommen. Als die Dame an der Tür klopfte sagte ich Ihr dass sie doch bitte etwas später kommen solle und ein anderes Zimmer vorziehen soll. Eine halbe Stunde später war ich aus dem Zimmer. Die Dame kam natürlich nicht wieder! Kein guter Service!! Da es einen Waschservice hat, konnte ich nun meine Handtücher mit der eigenen Wäsche gleich mitwaschen. Problem gelöst, Trinkgeld in die Waschmaschine “gesteckt”. :-) Ganz in der Nähe gibt es diverse Essensmöglichkeiten und auch ein Walmart Supercenter ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ach ja, die Reception ist nicht 24/7 geöffnet. Daher ist es zu beachten wann man in Memphis ankommt. Von 11:00 - 18:00 Uhr ist jemand dort.

I stayed one week in this hotel on a business trip Ms. Gloria was so nice and friendly we had great conversations she made me feel at home there instantly. I got my room and was pleasantly surprised at how clean everything was, from the bed to the microwave to the bathroom! My stay was so great I would definitely stay there again!!!

Staff there was great ! Manager Gloria was kind and helpful. The Rooms was clean and cozy ! The rooms are affordable and close to business in the area . Quick location to downtown . Nice and quiet area.

The staff was friendly for the seven days that I stayed. However, the hotel does need to be upgraded. The price that is displayed on there billboard does not include taxes. You will be under the impression that you are paying $219.00, but your actually price will be around the $300.00 or more for a week. If you are on a tight budget, shop around for other extended stay before you decide to stay at Intown Suites. As I mentioned before, the staff was very nice.

My experience for 2 1/2 months... *The maintenance men treat you like criminals, constantly harassing you on a daily basis instead of doing their jobs as MAINTENANCE WORKERS. * My toilet was NEVER properly fixed correctly and it once flooded all the way into the living and kitchen area and ruined my clothing and cover on the bed that the maintenance man refused to replace. He said I had to wash the cover myself and that I could not get a new one. LOL ok... * You only get one towel and toilet paper and after that your on your own buddy! *My sink was sprouting out water from the top of the faucet. *You get a $25 late fee for paying after 1:00 p.m. after I had already explained to the clerk that I worked an 1 1/2 away and that I did not get off until 3p.m.-6p.m. (you know how warehouses and production is.) *I was told I could not stand outside to smoke my cigarette, let alone just sit in my car to just enjoy fresh air! Stupidest crap I have ever heard of in my entire life. This was told to me by one of the MAINTENANCE MEN. *House keeping is once a week and they only bring you clean sheets, they do nothing else. There is a lot more to name but the list would go on forever! Just if you will, take a little more time into your research before paying these people a dime. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU!

Looked at the room prior to paying for it. I accepted it my fault, don't let it happen to you. Tub shower filthy I cleaned it enough to take shower with shower shoes. Kitchen sink dried food in it. Microwave filthy the room smells. I don't mind an old worn out room as long as it is cleaned. This was just dirty. Mold and mildew smell from bathroom we wore mask . I stayed because I didn't pay attention to the big red flag . when we walked in the front desk clerk,was on the phone for more than 2 minutes personal call. I wish i would have walked out then. So please stay away from this one.

My kids and I are stuck in poop-literally. When we first got here, I called to complain about the toilet not flushing properly, they gave me a plunger, from that day on, I have plunged the toilet daily-which is not why I came here and it is not my job.In btwn that time, they came and tried to make it seem like we were wrong for using toilet tissue and wiping ourselves, like this is our first time using the toilet, and tried to make it seem like I called them for nothing and used temporary, very temporary "fixes", for lack of better words- I had to constantly reassure them that we are indeed toilet trained and we DO know how to use tissue. He said that if something is stuck in the toilet I wld be held responsible. Last night the toilet overflowed and got on our clothes which were in a clothes basket. The poop water got all under the carpet. I called after hrs maintenance and the guy then and only then mentioned that all of the toilets need new flappers which had not arrived. He used the snake, which he dripped poop water everywhere, left a huge mess, and tracked the poop water in and out on the carpet ( I have an 18 month old toddler and a child with asthma). He then told me that we can not use the toilet until they fix it-so we are to hold it bcs "maam, theres nothing I can do". He left a huge poop mess for me to clean up, all over the floor, everything is soaked in poop water. So now our room is a biohazard, so I sprayed lysol and bleach and now my asthmatic son is coughing like crazy. We are not allowed to open windows or doors, my kids are not allowed to go outside which is considered loitering. This morning, Gloria, the manager, came up to see what was going on and began to tell me the carseat and the books in a basket, along with what we could salvage in the bathroom in the corner are not organized (she did not lay eyes on the bathroom whatsoever), and told me we could get another room and that I "have too much stuff", which consists of clothes for 4 people, a few toddler toys, books, and that this would not be allowed in the other room. Ok, so now, the best thing for me to do is run, run far away from here, and not look back, right? well, not so fast bcs I work from home full time, so not only do I miss work, but I can not get my money back in order to move. We have not received a key for another room yet, so we are stuck here until my next payday. Come to find out the whole toilet needs to be removed, the guy said they would be back in 30 minutes, the day has gone by and we have not heard from anybody yet about another room or the toilet getting fixed or the carpet being cleaned. If you value your health, STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE!!!!! The photos are too graphic and gross to share and I don't want to sicken anybody,
