InTown Suites Extended Stay Minneapolis MN - Coon Rapids

Booked a one week stay. No housekeeping, no trash cans available, stove and full sized fridge, but no cookware. They “needed” to come in my room twice in one day for inspections. Weird place. Only good for section 8 vouchers.

Was not impressed at all dont know how it had such good reviews, rooms were okay! You have to bring most of your stuff, two towels and wash rags, which were in poor condition, no hand towels amd thats all you get, you do ypur trash, so you need garbage bags, your own towels and toilet paper amd the will come to your room once a week to clean a little if any!! Wasnt told that befote I arrived! Very sketchy place!! Would never stay they again!! Very disappointed!

The facility was a home away from home. I found it to be quiet, relaxing, and very accommodating. Management was very pleasant and understanding. I found the facility to be rather safe. Unfortunately, NO ONE IS SAFE IN AMERICA ANYMORE, there are too many mentally ill people walking around and there are too many guns available to use for violence.

Pictures on website are very different from what it really is inside room. Kitchen area is considerably smaller than shown. But it works. Quiet. Easy parking. Helpful front desk lady.

This property reminded me of my college days....home away from home; everything you need at your finger tips.

I have stayed there numerous times and found that a week or two there was very safe as with any other place ....you have to use common sense and be oblivious to your surroundings. All necessary needs were met.

Location was alright. Near northtown mall and other shopping. Food locations were very handy.

Everything else! Cockroaches running wild. Staff entered my unit and I was not informed ahead of time that they would be going on and why. Exterminator came out for these cockroaches. And all he did was put 2 drops under kitchenette sink, and bathroom sink. All of the drama and prep for nothing. Asked at front desk for more towels and supplies. Was told that we have everything we should. They do not give out extras. The entire week we were there sucked. Almost $600.00 and all I saw were tweakers out the window. Not safe for women, especially at night.
