InTown Suites Extended Stay Minneapolis MN - Coon Rapids

100% miserable experience! Came to stay for work for a project, They let un savory people live here, Next store room people were constantly yelling and screaming and fighting and throwing stuff entire stay all day all night complained several times no one cared! And whats really sad is the whole time this was going on I could here there infant/baby non stop crying! Horrible place! Horrible people! don't stay here!

Going on my third week here--very nice. It has everything for a short stay. Nice bed, big tv with plenty of channels, high speed internet and very friendly staff. The manager, Tim, has been very friendly, knowledgeable about the area and has a personality that makes it seem like he is your friend, sincerely there to help you. That is GREAT customer service! To keep the cost down the staff operate on daily hours and clean once a week. No bothersome cleaning staff knocking at my door when I am exhausted trying to catch a later snooze in the morning. There is a refrigerator, two coil stove and a nice, walk in shower. I have never had to take a cold shower--water is always hot no matter what time of day I shower. It is a safe environment, well kept and lit up in the evening. Overall it has been everything I needed for a short term solution. I would recommend this establishment to anyone in the northern Twin Cities area. This is a well run ship with management that are skilled in running a fine establishment.

Overpiced. For what they offer. Small rooms. Trashy is being nice. Rude employees. Laundry room outdated. And trashy. Graffiti in elevator. Torn carpet in hall ways. The smell of wet feet . A rundown hotel.
