Nice establishment.

Very horrible place to stay police there everyday and the MANAGER MAINTENANCE WORKER AND SECURITY GAURD ALL LIVE IN THE PROPERTY the security guard has been working there for over 10 years they are really horribly nosey and get in a lot of peoples business the manager knocked on my door Christmas night and said my girlfriend can’t walk around the hallways at night. She was talking on the phone and nobody else complained. The security guard is best friends with police that go there EVERYDAY for a different reason he tried to get me arrested and randomly gave the cop my name to run a background check on and the police were at my door OUT OF NOWHERE they recently did renovations to raise the price asked me to move out of my room I signed a contract on and said he saw me carry a gun to the room they ASKED ME TO MOVE TO!! A WEEK later the same cop that pulled us over was at my door with the security guard after seeing him talking to him smiling at him everyday for a week it’s INSANE how much they get involved into your PERSONAL LIFE ITS HORRIBLE there’s no reason they should be doing background checks with their police friends and harassing people after staying there for 2 months with no issue at all! Kyle Dasta look up my name CORPORATE PLEASE DO 2 months no issue at all!! The same officer that came to my door pulled my girlfriend over for no reason a week before that and let her go he said my windows were too dark. It’s really sad how these people act that work here I’m sorry LIVE here as well theyre really rude and ignorant and the price is $500 a week now not $299 like that sign says. Be careful staying here it’s horrific!! I swear to god on my grandfather that passed away I’m not lying about a single thing. I actually posted a recent review and the manager came up to me and CONFRONTED me about it like I can’t post a honest review? So this is my second one I’m posting I erased the first one but with the security guard running random peoples names with his police friends and having police knock on random peoples door is INSANE it should be a violation of my rights just unbelievable!! Ask me to move and eyeball my property and call the police a week later unbelievable!!

I had a small kitchenette room for 12 days. Never had maid service, that could have been a misunderstanding on my part. The shower was either extremely hot or cold, no sweet spot. These issues were never brought to the office attention because I was always off on business during the posted office hours 11am to 7pm. The staff was nice when I had interactions with them.

The only thing I liked about the place was the fact that it was next to a killer restaurant. I couldn't imagine staying at this place again even if it was free.

Place is a dump, needs maintenance badly.Rooms are unbelievable.Security guy is a joke liar enter your room when guest leaves! Security guy believes he is a real policeman! Maintenance guy sit smoke cigarette most of day! There needs to be inspections on that dump. In fact they need to pay customers to stay there. Don’t believe pictures on web site. It’s all a lie they are just robbing guest!! It’s a dump don’t say you have not been warn!!!

The manager Daniel looks miserable working there. He is a liar and so is his staff. The rooms are roach infested and literally crumbling as you look at the walls. Someone died while I was there probably because of all the drug addicts that live there. The Gilbert police were there every day all day and night. I even witnessed them break down a door with their guns drawn. The place needs to be condemned. I would rather sleep in my car than stay there. Don't waste your money. Motel 6 is better and that's not saying much.

Good place to stay if you smoke or are a druggie! Always people drinking, smoking, or using drugs out your door or on the steps! Butts everywhere and listen to smokers coughing and spitting and on cell phones! Carpets and furniture are disgusting and in bad need of upgrading! Rooms are very small! Would never stay again and NEVER recommend! Very shady clientele for the most part! Had a lot of very unpleasant experiences!!!!!

I stayed there because it was close to the hospital that i was having surgery at. I was able to sleep without being distrubed. Once i was able to walk around the area was nice i noticed a few families there and the kids seemed to be well behaved. My next trip there will be to vacation for sure. I didnt get to use the pool this time but i will use next time im there.

My wife and I had a chance to stay here while we were in the middle of looking for a permanent place of living. Although it was not the Bellagio it was clean and had everything we needed and more for our temporary stay. The highlight of our stay was definitely Wanda/General Manager and her staff. They were always accommodating to our needs and went above and beyond anytime there was need for anything. They definitely made us feel at home. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.
