"Karin was great, TV doesnt work and no solution was provided, parking is not included. Clean place and good location"

Location was great Karin at the reception was very nice and sweet and proactive at handling issues

Upon arrival the key to the storage room was not working The TV was not working either, when I raised the issue to the team they attempted to bring someone for maintenance but no show and couldnt change my room. I was promised a compensation for this unfortunate event which I have not received!

"Apartment was in a great location but parking changes have created problems."

Location was very central with easy walking to main street.
