It was super easy checking in in-person. The apartment was comfortable with all those homey necessities available.

Not the property owners fault but we did the vast majority of our bookings through booking.com and we were hacked. So we were getting a lot of weird requests from other places we had booked, so when Basecamp suites sent us a request to do an online check-in the alarm bells rang! But they were happy for us to do it face to face.
