Renaissance New York Flushing Hotel at Tangram

I liked the pool and the gym and things of that nature.

I didn’t like that on this website certain things were not applied in the hotel. Like I requested a smoking room and then was told they don’t have anything like that here. Then the wifi was not easy to access.

The pool was great! So clean and very spacious! We spent almost 2 hours there! Just a couple of fishes! Room was very comfortable with a great size tv! We didn't get to use the room service but it was very tempting

The complimentary breakfast could be better. Yogurt option was very sour (probably spoiled) and the bacon was a little tasteless and overcooked. The egg was great tho! The pillows could also be a little firmer

Once again, an awesome experience. Stayed here Jan 7th and from the doorman to check- in…. The lounge, to check out was smooth and restful. Thanks to Janice, Bridgitte at the front desk, to Rosemary at breakfast, everything was great. Thank you for the great service. Whoever is managing this location is a true hospitality expert.

Les lits sont très mou…. Difficile pour les douleurs lombaires. Nous n’avons pas trouvé comment régler la température de la chambre… un peu froid.

Everyone was very accommodating and pleasant 1st day Bartender Raphael was sweet and accommodating. Front desk check in was super accommodating even walked our luggage to our room. Great location. Downstairs doorman always super Nice!

On 2nd day Restaurant on 12 floor bar female bartender gave poor service. We ask for some water, bartender served a big glass bottle with no glasses and ran back to the circle of coworkers playing around together goofing around and taking pictures of each other. Immature n childish. Had to physically look for bartender multiple times to ask for a beer. Couldn’t find her so ask the hostess twice still no response. Poor service all together while 4 or 5 staff just standing around chit chatting.
