The restaurant in the top floor the 12 floor 5/5 stars the food was amazing would 100% go back to eat the food has a taste I never tasted me an my wife loved it steak met would 100% go back the crispy chicken skin woahhh wowww so good and the staff there the waiter so good service

The rooms when we entered there was a trash can in the corner with trash we left it there it smelled like spoiled milk the staff there communication was horrible and terrible they questioned the way I talked in the lobby they were rude and didn’t have the respect to couple people that pasted by like if she was bored to be there working rolled her eyes at me.

The size of the room and very clean. Amenities. Located near Citifield and have a shopping center.

The only thing is that the shower is separate, and when you come out you’re in the hallway, so you have to get dressed in the cold and exposed. The bathroom — meaning the toilet — is separate from the shower. That’s the only thing I didn’t like. It’s a bit expensive and it doesn’t include at least a continental breakfast.

This was a welcomed treasure after a long day of travel and anxiety. Is it in a sketchy area that makes you do a double-take? Absolutely. But once the elevator doors opened, all that vanished. The room was the perfect combination of traditional and modern Asian design, without being "kitschy". The bed was incredibly comfortable, the shower was amazing, the layout spacious--even for New York! The staff was fantastic and even held on to my luggage after I checked out so I could explore Tangram Mall until my car got there. Was it unfortunate that they didn't have a free breakfast? Sure. And the Concierge Lounge was pretty... ordinary. But otherwise it was exactly what I needed!

Excellent stay from Oct 1–5! Despite some mixed reviews, we booked two rooms and were very happy we did. The shuttle to and from LaGuardia was easy to arrange — Sammy was fantastic and felt like our private driver. Janice assisted with check in. The lobby is on the 12th floor, which was unique but a bit tricky at first when figuring out the elevators (there are separate ones for guest rooms and the lobby). Thankfully, signs are posted to help. Highly recommend booking a Concierge Level room with lounge access. The lounge was excellent — breakfast included scrambled eggs, hash browns, roasted potatoes, chicken sausage, croissants, breads, and juices (both bottled and fresh), plus snacks and house-baked desserts Monday–Thursday. Room setup was modern but different. There’s no desk, chair, or luggage rack, just a small stool — we ended up using the ironing board as one! The bathroom layout has a blackout drapery separating it from the bedroom, with frosted doors for the shower and toilet. The sink area is compact but manageable. Beds were very comfortable, and although we could hear airplanes from LaGuardia and an occasional sound from the bar above, it wasn’t disruptive. The location is fantastic — steps from restaurants, food courts, the subway, and the Tangram Mall. I’ve stayed at another nearby hotel with larger rooms, but this one was far nicer and more upscale, even with less space. Would definitely stay here again when in the area!
