Rosemont area seemed safe and nice

I was disappointed and not comfortable after I came in at 2:36 p.m. to check out the facility. It was not the same in the picture. The Refrigerator is unclean. Bathroom has grout and unclean. I decided not to come back after all I am concerned for my safety in that place. I never get to stay overnight. I know that this company will not refund my money. I just request a 50% REFUND if possible. If not. I DONT RECOMMEND to stay in that place or any of the WHOLE FAMILY HOSTEL Just my opinion

Since the new guy David took over day to day functions the place looks much better.

The host is amazing. Kind friendly and down to earth..the atmosphere is awesome! No complaints👍🙂

There was nothing to like about this place unfortunately. It needs a lot of improvements.

The place was filthy. Smelled really bad. They were unable to offer me a bottom bunk I had to sleep on the floor! I paid to sleep on the ground where no broom or mop came by. Bathroom disgusting with stains it just felt very unsafe.

It is possible to self check-in even late - that was very useful as I was arriving by a late train. They were quick to respond via the messaging app in booking. The host was ver nice and helpful. A towel is included, no need to pay extra. There are little tablets on the wall for the upper bunk beds, with a plug. It is very useful, and that is missing in too many hostels. You can access it by public transport (the golden line) - even if sometimes you have to wait a while.

Given that the price is lower than most places, its normal that the place would be with older furniture, not recently renovated, that some equipment are not top notch (squeeky beds, not the best bedding), lack of certain amenities. You expect that. But the hygiene should never be a compromise. That is such a shame. It had NOT been cleaned recently : for instance, we were only 4 guests using the bathroom. There were at least three more used towels in there. And you could see dirt in many places. They don't provide sheets to go with the blanket. It goes directly in contact with your body. There is no soap on the sink in the bathroom. That is normal for the shower, but you should be able to wash your hands after going to the bathroom without bringing your toiletries. The host on-site is not the one that can be reached by the chat. There is no reception or such - it's like a house.
