Bathroom dirty. A tenant opened the bedroom door and had the combination to my room. Bed extremely squeaky.

I like the comfortable bed and living room. The room needs to have an air freshener. The trash bin in the toilet needs to be thrown out because it's been full. They should have thrown it at night and the restroom needs to be checked every hour.

It's clean, and quiet. I like it so much I leased a room. Like having different guests come and go.

Location was good. But two of the tenants who were tweekers made my visit hell!

I was charged $9 per booking for cleaning, but it was filthy each week. Tweeker tenants (Mike M n Jackee) made the environment less than peaceful. It's co-living but Tony was oblivious to the inappropriateness of walking around in short boxer briefs. My food items were stolen. Nate another tweaker (friends w/other 2) rifled thru my stuff n used my bathroom items even tho there's man stuff?? And someone who calls himself steward is a pedo n suboxene addict who sits/sleeps in front of the TV most of each day. He doesn't clean or manage guests well. He empties trash n that's it. He drinks on property n allows/enables others to do n continue the same. Even tho there's posted rules.
