Apartamento cuidado, dormitorios amplios y aparcamiento privado.

No tenia sofa en la sala de estar. No tenia cafetera, lo cual consultamos al anfitrion y no nos dio respuesta.

El apartamento estaba muy bien, limpio y a 20 minutos del centro y 10 de la estación. Echamos en falta un sofá. El apartamento era amplio y con bonitas habitaciones. Cajetín para entrada autónoma.

Había una serie de desperfectos en el apartamento, la luz principal del baño estaba fundida, faltaba la tapa de las pilas del mando de la tv y el embellecedor de la persiana del baño. Escribimos y no obtuvimos respuesta

We enjoyed having our own separate rooms. The AC was working well. We liked how close to the bus stop and quiet the area was (there was a shop and cafe very close as well). The walk to the city center (where all the attractions are) was about 30 minutes but it was a nice part of our city break. The apartament had all basic stuff needed (sponges in the kitchen, towels, some basic shampoo, shower gel and soap, also enough toilet paper). There was enough socket space for all the electronics (some splitters provided too if needed).

The apartament's kitchen was a bit underequipped (eg. wine opener, tea, maybe even water would be nice). It was a shame that there was no shared space like a living room. The pillows were a bit uncomfortable (for comfort two of them were needed). The AC (tho it was working well) was moldy and for sure would need a clean-up. The kettle also needs a clean-up. Opening of the apartment may sometimes be tricky (though owners send an instruction on how to do it).

Todo fácil y bien. En un sitio tranquilo y a una distancia prudente del centro. Incluso con sitio para aparcar el coche. Fenomenal. Estuvimos muy agusto.

Únicamente suele estar bien que algunos bàsicos de cocina estuvieran ya (sal, azucar, aceite etc.). Tampoco habia sacacorchos y los aparatos de aire necesitan una limpieza. El resto impecable.

Location is good enough. The size of the apartment is very nice: two bedrooms and a big kitchen-dining area. There is an elevator in the building. Easy self check-in.

When we rent an apartment we expect certain things, like washing machine and iron. Non of these items worked. And when we contacted the host via text and telephone call - ZERO respond. Even AC stopped functioning at the the end of our stay, but at that time we didn’t even bother to reach out to the host anymore.

Apartamento espaçoso e limpo.

Falta de diversos utensílios simples, como por exemplo um pano na cozinha, sacos extra para o lixo, molas para pendurar a roupa, etc. Já que têm cozinha também poderiam ter a cortesia de deixar algumas coisas básicas, tais como sal, um pouco de azeite, algo que tivemos em outras casas nas quais estivemos em Itália. No primeiro dia não tivemos água quente, algo que depois os proprietários resolveram. A máquina de lavar roupa estava avariada, cheia de água suja no tambor. Mandei mensagem para os alertar mas nem responderam. É preciso ter atenção que a distância até à estação ferroviária de Puorta Nova fica mais distante do que está anunciado (1,2 km e não 650 metros). Em geral, penso que para o dinheiro pago poderia ser bem melhor.

Die Unterkunft war sauber , die Matratze war traumhaft,die Wohnung lag relativ ruhig und nahe dem Zentrum.Mein Sohn und ich haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Parkplatz am Haus sicher .

There was a washing machine and parking. The staff were prompt with answering questions and delivered an ironing board to us.

There were no amenities in the apartment like plastic wrap or tea or coffee. The air conditioner needs to have their filters checked as there was a bad smell coming out when switching them on.
