Clean, plenty of room, quiet location

It didn't have any slippers 🙂

The location of the place is perfect, it takes around 8 minutes from central train station, and the main street leads into the old centre of Verona.

It was late when we arrived and it took time till I opened the key box. Have to be quite patient with it

Large room, Comfortable bed and clean.

The door open very difficult. many of kitchen appliances e.g. Kettle , hair dryer, microwave oven are unable to plug into the wall outlet. Luckily I bring my own Adaptor. Washing machine is very loud. Shower hose is old and broken shield.

The beds were super comfortable, and on-site parking was one of the main reasons we chose this apartment—it turned out to be a major plus. It was also definitely quieter than most of the apartments we’ve booked in Italy during this trip. Additionally, the check-in process was easy, and the area felt safe and green.

Unfortunately, the plugs for the microwave, toaster, and electric kettle didn’t fit the kitchen sockets, which was a bit surprising... While the appliances were available, we couldn’t use them because no adapter was provided. We ended up having to use the kettle in the bathroom, as it was the only place where the plug fit. Additionally, the main light in one of the rooms wasn’t working, so one of the guests had to use a standing lamp. There was also no sponge provided for washing dishes, and it would have been nice to have dishwasher tablets available. Overall, while we enjoyed our stay, we feel that for the price, the apartment could have been better equipped.

We had some problems with the heat but there were some instructions and we could fix it easily

The apartment was spacious, and clean, the beds were sooo comfortable, large bathroom with an excellent shower that actually worked to perfection..we also liked the peace and quietness of the apt.

Lacked a few kittens utensils, eg,,,,, a small pot to boil an egg. A wine bottle opener.( a must have) A can opener. ( useful) A few extra tea towels. (One is certainly not enough for a 7 day stay). A small sofa to watch TV would be nice. Some spare refuse bags. The above items wouldn't break the bank and would have made our stay all the more comfortable.
