Treebo Kanopy Greens Near Railway Station

The property is a dump to say in the best way. The room I got was freezing all night and it was so hard to fall asleep with the generator sound

Room was spacious with sunlight.

Toilet and towels could be more clean.

Everything was good, the staff was highly cooperative. Highly recommend

I just wanted the room on the top floor for a better site view .. still there was nothing to be disliked

Breakfast was fine but service was slow, the staff though tried their best but what i assessed from the situation may be kitchen infrastructure was not up to mark so thats why it took so long to refill the trays on an average it took more than 15 min. One time we had to wait for 30 min to get secpnd serving.

I have earlier stayed in treebo properties and backed by that experience i booked treebo canopy greens but due to infrastructure issues was relocated by treebo to treebo GK Residency .When i arrived i was told to pay the amount for my entire stay in advance though i had already paid half of the stay charges online which was new kind of demand which i never came across before anyways after little bit of debate ,the receptionist accepted my request that i may be ordering food during the stay so i ll clear the bill when i check out from the property.Then when i saw the room and requested for hand towel which is basic, but was denied...it was not provided during the entire stay. I asked for iron ,again was told its not in the amenities but i kept requesting somehow it was arranged by the evening of 2nd day stay.I also requested hair dryer it was upright denied again sighting same reason .I had to ask for disposable slippers again their was 24 hr delay and as the temp was low i requested for extra blanket but was told as the property is fully booked so they can not provide but again when it was given it was smelly and we didnt use it. I sincerely want to know why i would pay 3k bucks for this shabby treatment when these days one can easily get clean linen and geyser in normal hotels also !! It was because i was travelling with aged parent otherwise i would have definitely relocated to some other place!! It was bad and humiliating experience !!

Everything about the property is worth the value for money. The washroom was clean with 24 hours of hot running water. The complimentary breakfast offered was great and believe me they really cook good food. The other USP of the hotel is it's location and almost 5 mins drive from the railway station. And in winter you won't be needing a heater as the rooms are centrally heated. All the best to the hotel staff
