No toiletries in the washrooms. Staff charged extra money for arranging beverages

Rooms were neat and clean. They were spacious also. Staff were helpful. Good location. Enough parking space.

Wash room were not well maintained. However they were not in a bad condition.

Voucher redemption. The property initially promised a discount on food and beverages but denied it at the time of checkout. The property refused to honor the discount on food and beverages that was written on the voucher. After much insistence, they finally agreed to provide the discount, but the staff, especially at the reception, was very rude and unhelpful. They behaved as if we had done something wrong by booking their property. I would not recommend this property to anyone. If you do book it, be prepared to come back feeling irritated and cheated.

Everything was fantastic... Just a little advice... If range in breakfast could be increased... It would be cherry on the cake. Celebrated my kids birthday, Staff decorated the room well.

There was nothing to dislike.
