Accommodation , lack of air conditioning room hot and stuffy. Steve the chef gave us a fan helped a little. House keeping average, shower terrible minimal pressure difficult to maintain temperature. Toilet ran constantly. Flower boxes outside window full of dead weeds, windows dirty.Last flight of stairs dangerous to negotiate.

There was mould on the ceiling and walls, parts of the carpet was ripped up, the sink & toilet flush were broken, and there was dirt and grime in the bathroom. Genuinely a deep clean, lick of paint, regrouting, a new bathroom suite and new towels & bath mat and it would be perfect 👌

Room was small, hot and not well cleaned. There was half drunk bottled water in the room when we arrived which wasn't changed. We left a day early.

Dirty, smelly. Stank like it had been smoked in. All the corridors smelt like it as well as the room. The wallpaper was peeling off, there was something growing from the ceiling. The bathroom was old and tired and very dirty, the corners of the floor were dusty and had other peoples hair in them. It was hot but the windows didn’t open and no air con. I was phoned several times in the days leading up to our stay asking what time we would arrive and then on the day when we were a bit later than excited I got another call asking what time we’d get there. When we arrived we were asked to pay cash (obviously not going through the books then) and then the reception was closed. The fire alarm was in “fault” mode the entirety of our stay.
