The lady on reception - she was very rude and abrupt. We think she was sleeping and we woke her up to check in. She followed us the stairs and came to our room and asked 'is that your stuff? 'Is that your room?' It was very bizarre as she knew it was our room as she checked us into that room. It took 30/35 minutes to check in. No remotes for tv The window frame was not attached to wall when opened. Taps were bad not working well. Bar not open. Sharing a toilet and shower

GBEvery room has signs about WiFi but was turned off. No remote for telly. No service on telly. Shared toilet creepy looking shower. No staff for breakfast.

GBGBThe chef Steve was very nice and helpful whilst I stayed. I had kippers cooked in butter for breakfast and they were excellent. My room was very large and comfortable.
The wi fi didn't work on the third floor where my room was located but it wasn't really an issue.

It needs a lot of TLC and a full revamp. Reception staff on arrival in evening only showed up after some time. Not friendly.

There wasn't a basin in the toilet to wash after use. The staff didnt understand what an ironing board was and offered a towel. The room smelt damp and musky. The curtains were covered in dead bugs. The sink in the room leaked. Kettle didnt work and the TV had no signal Staff not helpful
