Property clearly hosting permanent people a little down on their luck paid for by local government. The property looked run down. My bedroom 103 was on the ground floor. The room was filthy, the carpet was never hovers with sweet wrapping and dirt on the carpet. I was very disappointed to be honest. This was 50/50 to stay. The smell of old musky smoke was everywhere where. One saving grace was the sheets was clean and the radiator worked. In short you couldn’t pay me to stay a night here.
